Lock n Load in Nam

Cameron came up and we tried the first Nam scenario.  This time it was Cameron with the machine guns that was having fun shooting everything in sight.  The game ended up a draw, as Cameron sprung an ambush with one of his leaders and some squads, but the retaliation attack the next turn destroyed his ambushers.

Learning Lock and Load Tactical

Cameron has got the computer version, and I have all of the modules I picked up from Rod.  So we tried out a simple Normandy scenario.  Some paratroops defending a crossroads after the D-Day para drops.

The game was fun.  As the Para's, I won - but mainly because my MG managed to do excessive casualties.

Feast for Odin

Got to play Feast for Odin for the first time - even though I have had it for almost a year.  An interesting game, a lot simpler than it looks, but with lots of different strategies.  Cass narrowly beat Martha, with Ross and I trailing.

African Campaign retry

Camron and I retried African Campaign.  It is an interesting battle of wits.  Cameron made a mistake, and the German panzers surrounded a couple of divisions on a 2:1 attack, with a 50% chance of victory.  But the victory didnt eventuate, and instead the German 21st Panzer division was surrounded and eliminated, along with Rommel.  So victory to Cameron.
