Winter Gamefest

For 2 days of gaming, I took almost no pictures!!!!!

I did play the longest game of Terraforming Mars I have ever played.  And I played an Afghan warlord game whose name I cant remember.  Also played Tigris and Euphrates.

Drowning for Fun and Profit

OK -- I cant remember the name of the game.  it was a micro game, where you 'pushed your luck' on diving deeper for air.

Cameron played a masterful game of sucking up all the air so everyone else drowned.  But we enjoyed it!!!

We then moved on to Terraforming Mars, which Martha won -- yet again.

Hogs

Game 1 was Clank.  First time I have played it, but played with some young uns who were exceptionally bright, and calculated scores, card counted, etc.

I came 2nd by 1 point -- 103 to 102. 

Clank is a fun game -- but its multiplayer solitaire with just a bit of interaction: 'You took the treasure I was after!  grrrr'

We followed up with Terra-forming Mars, and Martha stomped us!!!!

After fishing ...

Went to HOGS.  Played Terraforming Mars.  I was in the middle of the pack.
