El Grande Grande

 More Zoo Vadis and El Grande.  I came dead last in Zoo Vadis, but redeemed myself in El Grande.

 Hardly anyone at the Hobart Games Society.  Just 7!

Started out with Take That.  Then moved on the Harmonies.  Harmonies was great - but hard to see how this is better or worse than cascadia.  Yet another collect tiles and build a tableau.

Back to my youth

 Caught up with Peter and Steven - both gaming friends from 40 years ago!

Origins of WWII.  At the end I had a 1/3 chance of winning if a combat went my way.  It didnt.  But a classic game!

The good guy wins!

 End of our Imperial Assault campaign.  The Empire won -- but it was a close run thing!

On the Trail Again!

 A repeat play of Great Western Trail.  We all did better than last time.  But Rob smashed us with over 200 pts!
