For some reason I kept beating Lara at 7 wonders duel.  But the winning streak came to an end.  If the final hidden card had been a science card I would have won -- but it wasnt, and I lost -- by a lot.

Bananagrams

Banannagrams is like a fast play individual scrabble.  You each draw tiles from the center and make a scrabble pattern.  You can put a tile back and draw 3 more.  When the central tile pool is down to the number of players the game ends.  You can rebuild your 'scrabble' board at any time.

I played Lara.  She had a hard time because the words were in English!
