Finally got this to the table after about 6 months of trying. The game hols up, even being well over 40 years old.
Simon crushed me. Hannibal had a revolt in Spain as the first diplomatic issue. This weakened his advance into southern France. Scipio Africanus appeared on the first turn, and attacked Hannibal, who lost and was killed. It was all downhill from there!
