A Time Travelling Crisis

 Went to HOGS with Simon and Ross.  Cass and Martha were there.  Played 'A Time of Crisis' - Roman empire and the 3rd century crisis.  I was beaten - badly!  Then played Anachrony - a time travelling game.  I won by adopting a really boring strategy.

Arctic Puerto Rico

It was cold and we gamed indoors!  What a treat!

 

A Treasured Classic

 Simon gave me his copy of Shogun.  I dont know why he did this - this is a classic game and a collectors item.  it is also a damn good game!

Simon crushed us.  We thought he was losing - but he actually knew what he was doing!

Rob's first wargame

 Only 3 for games, so we played Triumph and Tragedy.  Rob had never played a wargame, so he was apprehensive.  He did manage to win though!

Rapid Fire Market Garden #1

 First game of the Market Garden campaign.

Ross and Simon, as allies, crushed the Germans.  bad German deployment plus bad German dice meant it was a walkover.

Command and Colors Fest (again)

 We did another Great War and Command and Colors Ancients evening.  Platea and then the Somme.  Since we only had 3 players we didnt do the swap boards plan we had.
