I ran out of time to set up the scheduled miniatures game, so we played Shogun. Ross clearly won, mainly due to Simon trying to assassinate his daimyo twice, and each time failing and losing one of his daimyos!

Cheating the win
Spirit Island. We got so, so, so many rules wrong. Hence when we won it wasnt really a win. But we enjoyed the game!

A Keene Starter
Added Andrew to the usual wargames crew. He can only make it once a month - but he is a keen player.
We did 3 lots of command and colors.
- Leuctra using Command and Colors Ancients
- Somme using Great War
- 4th scenario (whose name I forget) in Command and Colors Medieval.

Struggling
Rob and I played Twilight Struggle. It was close. Rob was close to the 20 VP auto-win for a lot of the game. But by the end of the game I clawed it back to get a 2VP win.

Double Size ADLG
Played a standard game of ADLG - except the units were twice the size (in all directions) and the table was twice as big. The game looked magnificent!

A Time Travelling Crisis
Went to HOGS with Simon and Ross. Cass and Martha were there. Played 'A Time of Crisis' - Roman empire and the 3rd century crisis. I was beaten - badly! Then played Anachrony - a time travelling game. I won by adopting a really boring strategy.
